Spirit Airlines
Alice Charged me for membership without my permission, and I am unable to locate a ssource to cancel and credit my charge account. My credit card company states Spirit Airline told them this is membership a

Last year I wanted to try Spirit because I could get a reasonable fare, it was convenient to get to and the planes were new.
To my surprise the seats were much smaller. I am clausterfobic and had a difficult time. I did end up paying much more than I wanted. I had to take a membership to get the special rate. After that the other fees added up.
After having two difficult flights (going and coming) I decided that I would drive south instead of using the air lines, that including Spirit.
I never gave Spirit a thought until my credit cared came with a fee for membership on it. I called the credit card company and they could not provide me with a phone number, but did advise me that Spirit advised them that this fee was not refundable. Credit Card Company will not do anything about this rip off. Who ever heard of permanent membership. I have attempted to call Spirit and have held on up to 1.5 hours waiting for them to answer their membership line. There is no email address I can write to. I want my credit card account credited for this fee.
