Having just read many letters from others who placed their faith and financial future in the hands of a "wolf in sheeps clothing", we are now pursuing full reimbursement of the $5,200 paid for services not rendered.
Our story is the same as yours — we were sucked in by a slick marketing ploy because we were fearful that our own attempts to find employment would cause further delay and financial hardship. If we only knew then what we now know, thanks to this website! We have all heard "follow your instincts"... The little voice inside that has said so many times over the past few months "This is not right. Something is wrong here. Why am I doing all the work and there is no vision of the promised land". The encouraging words of our BHA leader, Ben Arcara "Stay the course. We have this down to a science." kept us hanging on and believing we would see results to our daily/weekly/monthly efforts of finding that illusive promised job... Or even an interview.
If you've "been there and done that" and have recommendations about the best way to pursue a full refund, we would appreciate a reply to this note.
Best wishes to all who are on the road to recovery from a very disappointing diversion that no one should experience!
