I am not too difficult to please when it comes to customer service. I view it as simply a transaction: a buyer, a seller, and an exchange. Skullcandy has absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I placed an order for overnight delivery, it has now been 4 days. I have had no response to my e-mails and their telephone system is going straight to voicemail. Never place an order with Skullcandy unless you have the compulsive need to feel completely insignificant.
