Penneyis USUALLY has purchase products having a refund. I've bought some rebate products from Penneyis AND NOT received the refund. I talked to some femal supervisor on January 10 or 11 concerning the discounts and he or she stated "These discounts are this type of pain. We've clients complain constantly about them-and watts possess some workers below who've not gotten theirrebates both. I simply want watts might eliminate them." Well you know what? It generally does not matter when they do away withthm or not since I-wnot be back. I obtain my discounts from items bought at Walmart, Wlgreens, Riteaid, Basics, etc... Although not Pennyis.
