PolarWearZ, PolarWearZ Wellness Institute, XwearZ.com, Knowledge Works Intl., Bebe Butler stock fraud, unable to verify credential claims (Bebe Butler) as well as medical claims, I'm a victim of stock fraud

I worked for PolarWearZ Wellness Institute (http://www.polarwearz.com) as web master, and have become a victim of stock fraud.

The CEO of PolarWearZ, Bebe Butler (aka Billie Butler) of Columbia South Carolina told me that she could make me a much better deal than to just pay me for my webmaster services.

Bebe Butler offered me PolarWearZ Stock, and told me that my shares would earn me a "nice living" of $100,000.00 to $150,000.00 within the first year or two, and she told me that the PolarWearZ stock would be "going public within two weeks" (that never happened).
