Exactly what does it try get Quinstreet/JupiterMedia/WebMediaBrands to react to client grievances?
Quinstreet owns JupiterMedia aka WebMediaBrands. I have created many questions and grievances to JupiterMedia about my faulty Guestbook. I recently restored it however it fails. Our demands for support are dismissed.
After studying the Wikipedia article concerning the layoffs at WebMediaBrands and JupiterMedia, it seems that possibly Quinstreet/WebMediaBrands includes a "comfort" issue.
That'll undoubtedly influence Quinstreet's status.
If Quinstreet/JupiterMedia/WebMediaBrands, or whatever their title is, can not repair my Guestbook support, or does not wish to repair it they must merely return my cash and that I'll find service elsewhere.
Should you demand to get a "service" and do not execute that service, then it is a FRAUD. Therefore, while I wait "support" of the merchandise I bought, or perhaps a reimbursement, I am producing their insufficient customer care a subject about the "scams" sites.
