They have bad business practices

They give you two days of training and during this time they tell you that if they sign up for a lease on equipment they cannot get out of the lease. Then when you call on an appointment they tell you to tell them that when they sign up that it's okay if they are unsure if they want to commit, they have 2 months to cancel, but they don't tell you to tell them that the lease is final and they can't get out. I was also told that I would be able to reach my "team leader" at least 90% of the time and I haven't spoken to him since 2 days before my first appointment.
When you call in from an appointment they don't answer or they put you on hold forever. They send you to appointments that were either never set or were set for a previous day. I Have had 3 appointments and I am at the point where I refuse to go to another because I do not want to be responsible for getting people in a financial situation that they can't handle. I just wish I looked into it before I started. Don't work for them!
