I ordered some incense on November 12 from Matchless-Gifts.com. I thought I was ordering from Matchlessgifts.com, but it turns out this company is in India instead of CA, however the phone number on my credit card originates in CA. I have requested a UPS tracking number seven times and I have yet to receive a reply other than one email that states the order was shipped. I went to UPS and there is no record of this company ever shipping anything to me. I just want everyone to know that this is not a reputable company and that they are ripoffs.
