I called around 9pm on the Saturday evening and was informed the soonest they might deliver somebody out was Mon between 9 and 11 am. The plumber named at 10:30 and stated he'd be-at my home in half an hour.By 11:30, he nevertheless hadn't appeared. I named the organization and requested where he was.
