R.E. Barnett owes me over 4 grand. They continually postpone pay and make excuses. They are currently going through bankruptcy and use this as an excuse to not full fill there obligations. They also do not take care of their equipment. I was driving in snow on bald tires, with no chains, and a radiator that constantly leaks. I was ticketed for the truck not meeting DOT reg, after informing the company of the need for repairs on the truck. I then had to pay the fine out of my own pocket to protect my license and have still not been re-embrused for this money. They also put me in a third party truck, not to my knowledge, and again made excuses when I requested to be put in a company vehicle. The AZ Labor Commissioner will not preform an investigation due to the bankruptcy so this company thinks they are inmune to the law.
