Traxnyc.com bad merchandise, bad service, bad cheques!

In July of 09 I ordered some jewlery from TraxNyc, the money cleared within 2 days. One month later, heard nothing. So I email them, what's up? TraxNYC respond, we have your money, we have your package ready to post, but we want copies of your bank card, passport, driving liceance, or we're not sending the goods. This sounded wierd to me, as they already had my money, and after talking with a few people in the profession, I found out it was wierd. Then there's another month, where I email TraxNyc, they give me false telephone numbers and fob me off, finally TraxNYC appologised for holding my stuff to ransom, and admitted they simply didn't have the order together, but the other part would follow, and they would send me some free gifts to make up for it.
The package came, return address somewhere in Asia (???), customs papers said stainless steel (???), and the free gifts were 3 pairs of CHEAP earings (2 of which were broken, and I don't have my ears pierced) and 2 hiddiously tacky pendants (1 of which was broken) the $550 platinum necklace I bought was scratched, and instead of being like the picture, the diamonds were dirty white (oh, and if I want to return anything, I pay P P and 10% of the value of the product?!). The $100 pendant I bought (white gold) had a big yellow stain on it, that I have been informed is PROBABLY GLUE, as it looks like one of the diamonds has been glued back in. One month later, the other part of my order doesn't follow, so I contact them again. This time I ask for my money back. Then there is 2 weeks where they respond to every thing I say with "but what do you want us to do about it?!", finally, december, they send me a refund for the goods that didn't arrive, it was only $15, but they send me $30, it's a nice thought, right? WRONG! IT'S A BAD CHEQUE so I can't cash it, and once again TraxNyc skips off into the sunset laughing evilly to itself, and I'm so tierd of dealing with them, that I almost want to give up.
Almost.
