Stole my money

I placed my order on 12/7.12/9 I received a shipping notice. Here i it is 12/21 and nothing. I have emailed and called, nothing back. This was my 4th order with them, and I thought it was safe.
Stay away.
Bummer to be out $100 just before Christmas.
