I placed an order with cd2u 12/7/09. The money was taken from my account on 12/9/09 and I received an invoice. However, I never got a tracking number. I have been ordering from them for about 2 years. I found another website (manta.com) that has about 8 complaints of the same nature. It has been one week and I haven't been able to contact them via email or telephone. I tried two phone numbers listed by another complaintant on this website but they are both disconnected. I want to know what recourse I have if I don't receive the package. I am on SSD and can't afford to lose 206.00. There must be a way to contact someone there or get my money back. I am a full time RVer so I am in different places every month. They have always delivered to wherever I was (currently in Palm Desert, Ca.).
