I was cold calling business to business offering advertising space. I was given the leads by Amanda Anderson, at first she was extremely helpful and gave me all the information regarding the sales pitch and regarding when and how she would pay me. She was clear that it was not performanced based, all i had to do was cold call and report to her at the end of each day any leads to follow up on or any success which i may have had. She quickly become extremely difficult to reach after the first 2 days that i did not make any sales. Little by little it became very difficult to get intouch with her although i was still communicating with her, she continued to urge me to keep cold calling, keep trying to make leads and not to stop, after 5 days of dialing i had no success and gave her my feedback, at this point i was only able to communicate with her maybe 1 or 2 times per day, before when i had just first started to dial i was able to chat with her online at any moment, constantly. I kept asking her if i would still get paid eventhough i had not produced sales and she said "yes" i felt assured that i was doing my best and i was trying my best and ofcourse she would still pay me for all the time i had invested. I kept a log of the days i called, the times i called and how many hours per day i called, at the end of each day i emailed her this log. The pay was supposed to be every two weeks through western union. I became worried after the 8th day of working where she practially dissapeared off the map, not replying to my emails or phone calls. I contacted her asking her for feedback, more dialing lists and information regarding my pay. After not being able to contact her for 2 more days i stopped working. So basically i invested 8 total days, 37 total hours of work and for nothing, she has dissapeared off the face of the earth and i have not received any pay. I emailed her many times asking her to please communicate with me or to just send me my pay for the time i worked but still no answer. I started working for her November 13 and November 23 was the last time i sent her an email asking her for my pay. So basically i did all the work as i was instructed to do but never received any pay, she even encouraged me to keep dialing. I feel cheated not only due to no pay, but also mentally cheated and tricked by Amanda Anderson. I hope this will help me recover my Pay which is rightfully mine. I did what i was asked and told to do. But she never produced any Pay.
