I recently place a large order through this site. Everything I ordered was in stock, then yesterday I received an e-mail stating my order was preparing to ship, along w / a cancellation e-mail for some items which are now magically out of stock. I just ordered these items a few days prior and they were in stock! Wtf! So I called... (Brilliant they don't even have an 800 #). Their recording told me the wait would be about 30 min. Or so. I was ON HOLD w / them for over an hour and a half. I wanted an explanation and still do! I Want my $ back and shipping costs for those cancelled items! I sent them an e-mail explaining my frustration, no response. Now I wasn't going to file a report yet, but after yesterday I'm pretty Pissed Off! Also after reading these reports, I'm wondering if I'm even going to get all of my order in. But I'm sure I'll keep everyone posted!!
