This is an ititial report on this company, Mextra Integrated Logistics, Inc. As i want to alert anyone planning on shipping merchandise from or to Mexico to check carefully prior to using this company and if you do use them, be sure you have them document everthing in writing and sign it. Also, do not prepay anything with this company or you may lose your money. I believe most of the employees are new to shipping and do not know how to complete forms properly. My experience with them was a total nightmare that cost me dearly.
