This dude who actually is more of a criminal than a professional is a fraud and a fake. No honesty, decency, honor, or professionalism. His outfit and looks are all an act to project an image of class; something he has none of. He falsifies files and makes up any and all data and reports and documents and reports and anything else he uses without any concern for the people he endangers. All an act for MONEY. He is not a DOCTOR; despite his eroneous claims. I am absolutley pro-honor and he has none. He claims he is an RN and pretends to be a male nurse; he worked as a nurse in several facilities. After he was signing charts for months and seeing patients, we found out he doesn't even have a California License as an RN.
He claimed he was a doctor, took thousands of dollars worth of money from several facilites claiming he was going to help them with accreditation and he disappeared. He bought his doctorate degree from some mill. I challenge anyone to check the California Medical Board to find Troy Lair, RN's license number or to call the schools he claims he graduated from and confirm that he even ever attended them or these schools are real. This guy is a common criminal in my educated opinion who is constantly looking for new victims. Now that he has been found out as a crook, he is expanding or should we qualify abit more accurately running away into a more subjective; easy to defraud field as marketing and PR. Now he can take all the money and claim he has earned it despite lack of any measureable results. People like troy who go around and victimize professionals have destroyed the trust and honor that the healthcare profesion once enjoyed. May you burn in h*ll Dude.
