I would go to the point. Do not trust these people. I spend almost a month exchanging mails and also a few calls and I MAKE MY SELF CLEAR ON WHAT I NEED IT.
I talked my self directly with the owner of this company Mr. Abbott Seligman every time that I called, his response was Yes I know you explained your self quite clear on your mailsI can do your envelope request no problem
First, I requested him a style of envelope (Baronial or Correspondence Style) he mail me another one that I did not approved (Announcement Style).in every e-mail that I exchange with this man was remarked in the subject part the style specification (and believe me I have many mails to prove it).
Second, My work was affected I design a line of mini - greeting cards and request him some specific colors on the envelopes. I mailed him many times regarding one specific color; he never give me a direct response about this, but many mails after he acted like there was no problem about it. When we sealed our agreement and I gave him my confirmation for my order, a few days after he gave me the news that he do not have that color that I request him. At that moment it was to late for me to change to another provider so I decide to use another color that I was not happy about, but at that moment I did not have any option.
Third, before placing my order I did my search and check some brands of papers and also requested some catalogs that I purchase from another company just to have a real feeling of the colors, texture and quality. I am a very detail oriented person and I was quite sure on what I wanted. I requested Mr. Seligman to use a specific brand of paper and of course like EVERYTHING else he agree that everything would be fulfill as I requested. After the color situation I really was having a bad feeling about this man, and let me tell you I was not wrong another of my surprises when I receive my order was that the paper that I request him to use was not used (He did not use the brand of paper that he requested him). What a huge disappointment. The quality and texture was not the same.in a overall bases his job was poor.
Sadly, I am stock now with 6000 envelopes that cost me US$570.90
I live overseas and to return this order it would cost me the same that I pay for or more to shipped back. I confronted Mr. Seligman on a email and explain him that if he doesnt look for a happy solution to solve this situation I would be posting my experience, this way people can be aware of his dishonest behavior.
He requested me to shipped backbut I am not willing to spend a extra cent more. I request him to pay for the shipping back charges, and he do not agree.
At the end they agreed that they would be refunding me the 50% of the amount that I pay for my order but let me tell you weeks have past and they do not response my mails (I even give him till a specific day for a final response on my refund or I would be posting my experience). At the very last moment I do not have any answer and of course no refund of my money from them. This man and his company they just lie to people to get first the job and of course to trap your money. Do not trust this people and their company.
