Carged me over $160 for the last eight months without my consent

I have been an AT&T subscriber for over 2 years now and since Apr-09 I had noticed a unusual biling for a service "myiproduct imail voice mail mthly fee" for $14.95.
All along I thought this was a service charge from AT&T for my voice mail service and never questioned it. As my billing fee was gettinbg unsually higher each month I had considered cancelling my home phone and I called AT&T in this regard. AT&T then told me there was a third party company charging me $14.95 each month fo a service they are not aware off and I was asked to contact "MYproducts" company directly.
I contacted them and they told me I had signed up for this service. I insisted "I" never did that. They had my email address and home phone address and dont even have my credit card information. They have me an IP address which is not even mine.
I am pissed off with this company and certainly feel that I am vicitm of fraud. The Company executive told me they could not refund me the money. I want to bring a classa action suit against this company and do not want to them to conitnue to rip off customers. I am looking in to legal recorses available to me.
