Unforuntately, we came to Mr. Sears seven month ago to protect our asset against a $496,000 judgement as a result of a car accident... We only had two investment properties as assets. Mr. Sears sold us bunch of defunct corporations for a very high price and we paid $22,900 and told us to transfer our properties to these predated our judgement companies. After we paid him the money we never heard a word from him on how to transfer these properties into these predated companies. We basically left completely in the dark not knowing what to do with these defunct companies. We called his office numerous times to "hand hold" us on the transfer and he never returned our phone call. We sent him a letter to ask for our money back, we hired an attorney to get us a refund and our new attorney showed us the verification of the following background about this lawyer Steven Sears:

- According to Orange County Weekly articles was published on February 22, This lawyer has had four girlfriends at the same time of which three of them were pregnant at the same time. "Eight is enough" is the name of this articles of which states that Steven Sears had four children with a Vietnamese native by the name Yvonne Tran, have two children from a Pervian native woman by the name Gladys Bazan, one child with another woman by the name Nevin Carmelle and another child with another woman by the name Gloria Lee. As the public records show that there are several child support cases were filed against him. Google "Eight is Enough" and read that article.in order to avoid confusion as whether this lawyer in the article is the same as his picture placed in this report. Steven Sears and his employee/associates/business partner by the name Nevine Carmelle we found a rip off report under both names "Nevine Carmelle and Steven Sears Fraud and Misrepresentation"
We went to the court records at the Harbor Justice Center and we discover that Steven Sears was criminally convicted for beating up on Nevine Carmelle who bore one of his eight children.

When you call the REAl Estate Department ask for case number H-34395. Norma Hoskins was the secretary who escorted us to his conference room to discuss our case with him.

When we searched initially for an attorney to protect our assets we knew of his State Bar Diciplinary Charges against Steven Sears from the State bar cases #04-0-12955,06-0-12502.. Etc. For "Scheme to Defraud" his clients, we gave Mr. Sears the benefit of the doubt and we went ahead and retained him to protect us, as we had attended Steven Sears and Nevine Carmelle's seminars while back in and we thought that Steven Sears knew what he was doing.
