I mailed my sunglasses to get repaired on September 9. I then called for a repair update on October? 2009. I was told that they were being worked on and would be sent shortly. I called again on November 11 and left a message with Karine Smith ext 108 (customer service) on November 12 I received an e-mail from Karina stating that the sunglasses were not able to be located and that she would be happy to refund the shipping that I had to prepay when the sunglasses were shipped to them. The about was for 12.00 shipping and warranty 9.95 for two years. I called to speak to Karina on November 12 and expressed my concern not with the shipping refund but the sunglasses that were lost (valued at 294.99). She said, "what would you say if you sent us 100.00 and you can have your glasses replaced in any color". I explained to her that Decor my eyes lost them and I should not have to pay for them to be replaced. [continued below]...
