I was provided a bid of $2100 for my move from New Jersey to Texas by Greendey Moving Systems based on a itemized list of the pieces of furniture and number of boxes to be moved. The total cost turned out to be $3500. The movers that picked up my items in New Jersey locked the keys in their truck and therefore the loading took longer than anticipated. The furniture arrived in Texas 2 days after the negotiated date. The items arrived at night (8:30 PM) and the driver had no one to help him unload. I assisted with the unloading and also provided friends to help. Because I was involved in the unloading and setting up I missed two boxes that I was due and which were not left. I also ended up with a dolly that wasn't mine. I have attemped to contact the company numerous times and they will not return my calls.
