The salesman who came along with the workman simply wouldn't stop selling the whole time. I eventually got angry and called his office. That did no good at all so I assume that his job is to get more business no matter what. He insisted on showing me my furnace after he took out the filter. I need to at least replace the filter he said - although just last month the air conditioner maintenance man had told me it would last another few months. Now I have to replace it because he bent and crumpled it so badly. He also left the furnace unplugged, put the furnace door on wrong (bending it slightly) and did something that caused the fuse to burn out. I know it was working before he "checked" it because the first thing I was asked to do was turn on the heater - and it worked then. Some of the blades on the air duct vents are bent too. Do not use these people.
