Somebody please help me! I was ripped off by cleve at sona diamond jewelry! He took my money then NEVER answered my calls for over 4 weeks, after calling and eMails MANY times I cancelled the order with him and my credit card company. ONLY then did I hear from Cleve! He claimed to have the Ring i ordered in his hands? (which was a lie cause the package that was shipped to my address AFTER I cancelled the order cause he would NOT return my calls for over 4 weeks was from CHINA!) he told me he did not poses the "technology" to send picture mail? But he has his own web site with pics of his "inventory"??? Surrrre CLEVE. I told him to send me a picture of the ring he had if he REALLY had it and he refused. Then I made it cleay i did not want his ring or his sevice. Almost a week later an Item was shipped to my fiances adress? It was a fake ring that did not look ANYTHING like the ring I ordered from his web site. The Diamonds werte different colors it was missing several and it in NO way could pass as the item that he advertised in his web! NOT even close resemblance. The ITEM was IMMEDIATELY returned with in minutes! He called my telephone insulting me and harrassing me threatening to hound me by causing me problems with my account and credit card company. WHICH he did! Now 2 MONTHS later HE IS STILL fighting the claim. This guy causes more problems than any one would ever care to deal with. He is rude, dishonest and down right scandalous! HERE is the tracking number for EVERYONE to see (em270651335us) that I refused the item and I cancelled the order it Days before it even arrived. Even the order number and tracking number he provided to me by CLEVE at Sona Diamond Jewelry was a FONY a FAKE tracking NUMBER for FAKE JEWELRY! Everything about this guy is a LIE a FAKE a COMPLETE front! If some ONE out there wants a GOOD story contact ME! This GUY should be EXposed on 20/ 20. You can name the SHow " How to catch a predator named Cleve!" He should be prosecuted and tried. All the buyers he has had should be contacted to testify against him. The bottom line is if you buy from this website / guy, you will not get the item which is advertised if you receive anything at all, it won't be what he has pictured. He will DISAPPEAR the second the funds are sent! And he will continue to hound you and your credit card company costing you time and HARD earned money! If you feel you can help me bring this guy to justice I will do ANYTHING to make sure no one else has to go through what I have been through with this guy! He is A LIAR, A THEIF a CHEAT, A SCAM, THERE is no big company, just CLEVE lying to people making fools out of all us who trust on line sevices and sites.
