Am very disappointed in the service the removalgroup offer, i wanted my househole stuff to be sent to sweden, i went online found a company that sells removal boxes which is link to the removal group as a package if i send with them i will get the boxes free and packing, which i did, they sent me a calculator form i fill it in was happy with the quoatation i was given, they asked for my bank card details for a deposit of 50 on the 14th of september but i was assured they will not take any money until i fill an authorization form and was given a pick up date of 26th of octoer, which i did not wanted as i want the 5th, 6th or the 7th, i call them spoke to reacheal, she told me they cant find anyone to do it for my date, i felt it was wrong be4 they got my bank details they were trying so hard for me to get into business with now am a bit commited they stared pusihg me about and i had a dead line to get of my house, had to pay more money to stay on, i sent recheal an email telling her i wanted to remove the bunk bed and mattress from the package to quoate me again, never reply so i call her in the morning asked if it was posible to do the said yes, i explain to her the reason why am leaving them behind as i could not dismantle the bed, i called her few times after that but she still could not find a quoatation few hours later i got an email saying the same qoautaion i said to her that was wrong and in that case i wanted to cancel how do i go about it i demand to speak to a manager, i was expecting a manager that will find a solution but i got stuart who will not listen but got to the phone start telling me off i got upset my sister took the phone and spoke to him, he said he was happy to cancel but with a charge, my sis told me, i took the phone i said to him that you have given me a pick up date of the 26th-10-09 am hear cancelling well be4 that as on the small print of the contract it says if i cancel 12 days be4 pick up date i dont pay any charges but am welling to lose the 50 but to my suprise they kept my bank details i gave on the 17th of september which i thought they have destroy after i gave them them a go a head to take the deposit which they never did as they were still waiting for the me to sented back the authorisation form with my signature on it which i still got with me as never got to sented back to them cause i was not happy with there services, now the big? Is why did, who gave them the authorisation to take money from my card, on the 22nd-09-09 they took 47 then 264 without my permission, i was ripp of they stole from, keep my card detail, inconvient me, delay and uppset me alot i could not sleep for weeks this is not on i have all the original forms they sent me no agreement was finalise with them, the manger said to me when i told hime am getting the law invovle in this that the law will be on there side i was shock, i ask him to pass me on to some1 higher than him he made a mockry of me with a laughter at the background and told me i will wasting my time as all complians will come back to him i lost hope, i found another company cheaper at the end.
