Sunrise, Fl mail order ripoff

Everywhere Smoking out of Sunrise, Fl is definetley a scam. Over 5 weeks ago I was charged $9.95 on my credit card for the shipping of the e-cigarette which I never recieved. Since this time I have emailed and phoned this company numerous times, in turn recieving no response. My main concern is that they will continue to bill my credit card for services that I am not recieving. I learned about this company and their services from an ad on FOX radio news.
