On March 8 I ordered 2 pair of house slippers, never recieved them and I e-mailed them on May 5 to find out what happened to my order and finally on May9 they finally e-mailed me back and said they were on back order until July and did I want to wait till then, I e-mailed them back on that very day and told them to refund my money.
Finally on May 16 I finally got an e-mail saying that it would take 3-4 weeks for me to get my refund. So today is July 1 and still nothing. I e-mail them every day but to no avail. They won't even answer my e-mail now. I printed out the e-mail they sent me and the lady that sent it was Erin in customer service. So short of an attorney I am assuming we have lost our money. I plan to write a letter to the president of the company and see what happens there. Probably nothing but it may be worth a try.
