I experience view issues i approched the helpdesk of my local shop to request support filling out a lottery ticket and was declined in an awful method. I created a criticism towards the HQ in leeds and was handed an apology. I had been subsequently approached from the store-manager and provided another apology and asked in to the shop were she assisted with my lottery ticket and explained she'd talked towards the employee under consideration i quit the shop pleased that my criticism have been handled. Nevertheless I've been back to shop today so when i contacted the table two people off team were referring to me that I had been the main one who'd created a and that I quit the shop and arrived home really troubled. Personally I think that I'm being disgrimanated against due to my health issues and today don't feel relaxed in-going back to the shop were i usually do my regular shopping. I've looked within the same-store for quite some time and didn't be prepared to be handled in this manner. Personally I think it might be better to begin buying in a diverse shop and that I am today to embarrassed to return in.
