I’d prefer to talk to somebody when it comes to a return. On 11/26/07 I purchased 3 layers. Last weekend after I visited place my leather one on I recognized which was broken near to the freezer within the entrance, and clearly unfortunate to understand that last second I went towards the shop the trade it for a different one. Nevertheless, after I got there with my bill I had been informed they couldn't assist me since it wasn’t a production problem. After I attempted to describe towards the supervisor that I recognized that-but that I didn’t observe that before I purchased she responded before I completed as well as in an extremely unprofessional and rude method, “Mam, you sure might have observed that” insinuating that I created that slice on my completely new coat. Not just that but while I had been informing her that I sensed which was not reasonable at all she began to leave which was all. There have been atleast 4 others within the customer support region who have been about and never one individual offered me your final “I’m sorry mam, it’s simply shop policy” or something like this. These were really unprofessional and rude and that I don't feel just like I used to be handled the way in which I ought to have already been.
I've been purchasing my jackets and my family’s jackets at your shop for so long as I will remember and that I haven't been as unhappy when I am today. I’m unfortunately that I'll never store there until I understand this scenario mounted. I'd prefer to be approached when it comes to this issue the moment possible.
