S P Marketing, Christian Nellemann and Steven Pun Falsely advertised job and exploited workers London, but they have other branches

I have decided to bring XLN Telecom to your attention. From the first impression, they seem like a totally legitamite company, but upon closer inspection, something is not right. I was invited for a job interview there, and like many of the job hunter out there, in need of cash and a place to start my career. The position that I applied for was a Branch manager/Trainee Manager, but was actually for a Field Sales Representative; I find this totally unexceptable that a company is able to falsely advertise in order to get unknowning recruits, the brunt of the problem will be further explained below.
Upon arriving at the interview, there were around 40 people there, all from different employment backgounds. Mind you, I should have realised that something fishy was up when all of the qualified people were exempt from the next stage, and only the recently graduates or recently redundent were there. The job advertised promised 18k-30k depending on experience, but later we found out that we would only get 100 a week (this was to cover food and travel, because the guy Steven said he was being nice, unfortunately many will not even seem this punative sum). You have to sell two contracts a week in-order to progress to the next round. Each week the recruitment process advances and only the best are kept. Only in week 4 do you start to make any adaquate money, but people dont have it that far, as they either leave or are sacked (due to alleged non-performance; so they dont have to pay the employee). The older employees are meant to train the new employees and you are meant to secure money from the new recruits contracts (but you never get that). You will be lead by a guy called Steven Pun, who is a very convincing speaker, but upon research in google, you will find that he is an actor/singer who majored in PHD in Human Resources Management and Finance in the UK. Although he gives you a sad story about his background and how he was really poor and vowed never to be like that again. He makes it seem like it is possible to make millions in this company like he has done, but far from it.
On my first week there the group started with 20 people, but each day the numbers decrease, which should have aroused some suspicion. But the recruitment person Steven brushes it off as people not being cut out for the job or that he had fired them due to lack of performance.By the fourth day, we were down to just 4 people. This lead to one of my fellow peers researching the company, due to a tip-off from one of the candidates. The lead to Steven calling all to a group meeting, saying have you guys heard of the rumours that this is a scam? And assured us that it was not; followed by some bad mouthing of candidates who had left, calling them simpletons or just a brick-layer. This was meant to ease our anxieties, but it the opposite. I went home and research the company, only to find in my horror other stories of people being minipulated. After reading this, I decided to give the company the benefit of my doubt, because there are a lot of people out there who a just vengeful. On the fifth day we were all sent out to recruit our own contacts, in the week I had hit the required two, but I still managed to get yelled at by the boss Steven. From there, I knew that there was something wrong with this company, just because of the language and manner that I was spoken to with. It was unprofessional and down right degrading. But the last straw was when Steven lied to me down the phone about a situations and how he fired someone because of me. I decided to confront the person who was fired, and I found out that he left for another job. He admitted that this job was a complete scam. New people come every week, and it is follow by the same speech and they dont get paid. The few people that stay on, dont stay for longer than 4 weeks, so they never reach the full-time contrac I decided to leave and was never paid for my work, even though I had secured contractst.
Overall:
I can see that they are just exploiting the vulnerable unemployed members of society with the promise a salary of 30k. Steven will continuous to brag about his vast wealth, apartments all over the world, generous payments by XLN, and you too can get this. But dont believe it. The promise is far from the reality and it goes as far as training people to work the field for free. During the whole week, you are exposed to the big brother video of Christian Nellemann telling you that he too was on this gruesome experience and this is the making of a better you. Later on through research I found out that the company that contracts the field reps is SP Marketing (which is owned by Steven Pun) and runs the recruiting and training process for XLN telecom. This exploitation works nicey, as they were in trouble in the past for faking peoples contracts and now they are playing with the unemployed people in market. Why mess with your customers, when you can mess with the employees, which can never really be investigated, as no one gets a contract.
The reality is that the field-sales role (with no pay) is actually a Pyramid Scheme.
