Rude nasty people work there! Just as I was going into the place they stopped someone because he didn't use the pass code. After he pleaded his case for 15 minutes they made him wait almost 1/2 hour just to have his employer verify his story. He had already gotten in, had a key to the facility and he knew who owned the storage place. Do you want someone with nothing to do to waste 1/2 to 1hr of your time just so they can justify their job? If so you'll love this place. But, most people have better thing to do. They also overcharged me and refused to rectify the problem! They actually tried to stall my move out in order to get more rent! This place sucks!!!
