Bad customer service

Discovered an $80.00 cost on my bill. After I named the amount shown, it stated "Welcome to Reiman Marketers." After about five minutes, having a device that didn't comprehend, was associated with somebody within the china.

Attempted to describe I'd not purchase any business package and didn't understand why I had been being billed. Lastly attached to somebody in america who explained it had been not Reiman Magazines, plus they hadn't billed me something. Had requested Flavor of House magazine.

24 hours later, after spending statement, I acquired the $80 cost. Was told my people consultant they'd not billed me, then was disconnected.

If this is the way they handle clients, I'll not be reviving my membership or, can I actually get one again from their website.
