This company has been billing me for a voicemail account for over a year without my consent... I never would have noticed it until I looked over my phone bill and wondered why it was so outrageous!!! When you call and ask for the services to be discontinued, they should give you a confirmation #... I have just recently done this, so I don't know what the outcome is right now... I will let everyone know as soon as I get a response (or don't get a response).. If we flood that fax # with our complaints, hopefully someone will take notice... Also, here's the customer service phone # I was given... 866-537-9974... Good luck to everyone who has been billed these services unjustly!!!
