Bad Business ripoff

Last fall I got a part time job at Robinson's May to assist with Christmas presents, and for extra money. At the time of employment I was forced to get a credit card with Robinson's for purchases. The card itself has a 21% interest rate, so I told them I wanted a prepay card only.

As a benifit of my employment with the company I was given a 15% discount in housewares and domestics, and 25% in other areas of the store. At the time of hire, it was never disclosed to me that the entire three wee period from Christmas to New years is completely blocked for time off. I had already purchased a plane ticket and was therefore left no option but to give my two weeks notice.

Additionally I was two days shy of a 90- day suspension period, so I had another associate cover my shifts for the two days that I would be out of the state.
Upon return form my trip, I recieved a check sent via certified mail from Robinson's May stating that it was my final payment from the company.

Three months later I recieved a bill from Robinson's May for my employee discount, saying I did not complete to suspension period. I have made several attempts with both the credit department and the human resources department, but have not recieved resolve.in addition, I receive at least two messages a day from someone at Robinson's May.

They have called my mother, my work even after I have requested to correspond with them it writting.in addition, they have uneducated, illiterate people calling that cannot communicate in english.

I am very unhappy with the way they are conducting business, for a company that prides themselves on service, I find this harrassement shocking and upsetting, and will never shop at any May Company store again.
