I called the number listed in the rebuttal report (curiously a previously satisfied "customer" files a glowing report just one day after a complaint is filed on this site) but there was no answer. I tried it at numerous times but still no answer. I traced the number and discovered it is a Sprint pre-paid account that was set up on the 30'th of September (the same day the rebuttal from a previous "customer" is filed). I tried the e-mail address and did get a response. The IP (internet provider) hotmail address matches the IP address from [email protected]. For those of you that are not tech savvy it means the same computer that sent a reply to the hotmail account from the "customer" was the same computer that sent correspondence from the owner's address.in essence, the same person that set up and sent an e-mail from the "customer" e-mail address is the same person that sent correspondence from the "owner" address.
You may note that a new page on the company's website now has a sales contract. Is this a case of closing the barn door after the cow gets out? Notice you technically do not have to sign the contract for it to be binding. I don't know if this is legal or not but it's another, in a string of many, red flags.
I will not do business with this company and would encourage others to refrain from doing so as well.
