The whole company is a lie. They have terrible customer service. My windows are still not right and I have water leaking into the basement from the patio door they changed. They made my wife cry 2 times on the phone. Brian Ellis talks real tough on the phone but will not come to your house. His little dog Dave is just as bad. Do you Know how they are Lying? There lips are moving. The windows are junk and I still don't have my stickers for the tax credit. They are very rude. They sold us that all of there employees are Hanson trained. This is an outright lie. They DO NOT stand behind any warranty they have. They try to Bully you. They will threaten you with a lean on your House.in the fine print you CANNOT sue them for LEGAL FEES. They tell you that they will keep it in court until they bankrup you. I seen an Attorney but he said it would cost me More than what I would owe them. And they know this. Would love class action suite.
