My daughter employed Media Logic Inc for her wedding in May. The people there assured us that they would have the complete video in just a few weeks. After weeks of getting the run around and those weeks stretching into months, they finally admitted they had "lost" the tapes. Well, one time we were told lost by the owner of Media Logic Inc, and another time we were told the tapes were accidentally destroyed by the "manager of Media Logic Inc." So who knows what the truth is. But it's obvious communication there is abyssmal.
Bottom line, do not employ Media Logic Inc for your special events. They are unprofessional and wholly remorseless that they ruined the video of a precious event. To date, they have yet to agree to a full refund which they should absolutely give.
