They never turned up for pick up so when I named stated they couldnt locate my report, were rude, stated they'd call-back but never did. I approached the revenue division at Navis Pack and Vessel to obtain a cost estimate for shipping my plasma Television. Mr. Dennis cited me a cost of 400 bucks. I named him back a couple of days afterwards July 25th and established and planned a pick up of my Television for Thursday August 28 at 9 am. Mr. Dennis got my charge card information, tackle and all relevant information. I reiterated the cost with anything is 400 and he said yes. On friday August 28, I waited for that pickup but no body turned up. I waited till 930 and named Navis. The revenue division moved me to procedures wherever I acquired someones' voicemail. I called them again. Mr. Dennis stated he'll return to me and he never did. I called again and talked to Mr. Kevin who's the overall supervisor and also to my shock he explained that there is no report for my pick up. Then he chuckled and stated that cost was also minimal plus they cost a lot more than that. He explained he'd contact me back but never did. I quit for function... I had been overdue for my assembly by over one-hour.
