My sick wife and I sought help from crushing medical debt due to my wife's cancer. We are about to lose our home that we have lived in for 34 years. Mr. Tom Gillen, a bankruptcy attorney said he would help us. Mr. Gillen took our court filing fee money ($300) and never filed the paperwork as he promised. We just wanted our unused court filing fee money returned.
