Item not received and cant contact Yes Louis and wont return emails. Brisbane, Australia

Hi purchased a wallet several weeks ago and paid credit card. The item shows that it has not been finalised their end, however they do not return any email contact and their link to 24 hour assistance does not work. There are no contact phone numbers.
