Ripoff did not send the item I ordered sent cheap junk

I order a watch, they sent a cheap no name brand that doesn't even come close to the picture. It was COD so I have no way to send it back. It fell apart the minute I opened it no box not wrapping nothing. This is a rip off web site I don't think they even have any of these watches.
