I bought a sony large def. Television
On 12/27/06. With that purchase i taken care of a certification of protection for $249.99. This involved a 5yr. Protection.
The only real time it required support was this season 2009. I had been billed $5.93 by this company, qualxserv. I offered them my certification quantity, 9686079 in the Sony company, but was informed they wouldn't send a technician until i settled the price in advance having a credit card or perhaps a bank card. I did so when I was informed since I needed it fixed.
The technician who found my home on 2/26 noticed the certification and stated that I ought to not have now been billed due having bought this certification of protection. I contact the organization to request my reimbursement around this day I've not gotten one. Please help me solve this issue. The cash was obtained from my money about the evening the visit was compensated, I'd like for my acct to become acknowledged with this same amt. Cheers.
