I ordered a hoodie sweatshirt. Transaction went through fine, money left my paypal yet no sweatshirt. I emailed Vastees and Ryan (or some bot) responded with a rather general email that made it obvious the email was never read. Then once I perused the matter further I was offered to swap my hoodie for 2 tshirts. I was told that the hoodie was on back order. I emailed back asking how long the wait was for the hoodie because I would rather have my money back and received no response. I sent another email only to receive the same general email I received in the first place. I called the 714-900-4477 several times only to be met with busy signals. I sent an email threatening the BBB and still no contact. I have been fighting this since end of May.
