Jacked up color and cut job... Ruined my hair. Manassas

I went on Friday July 31st to get my hair colored, which also happened to be my birthday (it was kind of a gift to myself), I got to the salon, after calling to see if they could do my color I wanted, at around 10 am. Waited for a few minutes, then the stylist Charlie, came over to take me back to do my hair. I explained I wanted a brighter vibrant red on the top, and a black shade underneath. I went in with an expresso colored hair, she explained, well in order to get to that color, we need to bleach it. I immediately told her, bleach doesn't take well on my hair (im a natural blonde, and have had multiple colors on my hair) i would rather not. She assured me it would be a very mild bleach and wouldn't damage my hair much. I understand some damage will be done with color removal, but it gets worse from here out. So I agree to let her use the "mild " bleach. After sitting for 20 minutes, it did nothing to my hair, which I told her it wouldn't.

She then proceeds to put another, more harsh bleach on my hair, right on overtop of the other one. Which started to burn my scalp, but not to bad. That, then turned my hair into an orange-ish shade. But I could feel the damage right away to my hair. So she then dries my hair a bit and puts the rocket fire shade onto my hair and the black underneath. The red immediately starts burning my hair. And I tell her this, and she says, let me know if it gets worse.

So she rinses it out and starts drying it, and right away I can see there isn't much of a change from the orange shade from the bleach to the color that was supposed to be on my hair, and the black was just completely choppy brown and black... This is the point where she says, I used a bottle of black that was already mixed in the back. I was like wtf??? I'm not a stylist, but I do know that you can't do that. So I see the horrible shades on my hair, and I just wanted to cry.

She finished drying it, and it was bright orange at my roots, a little darker down a little further, and then this god awful peach shade on my ends, and the underneath looked like she never even touched it. She says ohhh well TRUE REDS have orange in them (i've had my hair red numerous times and it never turned this shade) So she suggests we use the redken shades eq on it (because it won't damage my hair much more) which at t his point was obviously too late. So she mixes more black, and uses a different red. At this point, it's already 5 processes on my hair in a matter of hours... Horrible!!! So she puts that on, and I can see where she's missed spots here and there on my roots, as i said, i'm a natural blonde and they come in that shade.

She leaves it, puts me under a dryer, rinses it back out. As she's drying, I see it's done pretty much the same thing. Red roots, orangish color on the shaft, then ruddy looking ends, So this is where I see the full damage. And the black all the way to above my ears, which was not what I wanted. So I just was horribly upset at this point, she's still blowdrying. Which is now like the 3rd time it's been done, no conditioning in between or anything. My head pretty much feels like a brillo pad.

She then applies the red shade again because my hair isn't holding color, which it held it fine before I came into the salon from hell. Puts me under a dryer, we rinse out again. And it still looks the same with a tiny bit more red to it, as shes now drying it for a 4th time. Still no conditioning, still no treatment to try to save the damage. As shes drying it, the other stylists are all watching me like i'm some kind of animal in a window, and everyone is coming back... Oh does it look better now. No. It looks horrible. She finished drying it, after complaining about how long my hair takes to dry (I know this, I have super thick hair thats shoulder length) Then goes well we can trim some of the dead ends off. To which she picks out chunks of my hair and just CHOPS. (so it breaks up the red from the black she says. That way it doesn't look so uneven) So I felt like she did that to shortcut around it looking horrible. Then she flat irons it. And it still looks like hell. Frizzy. Multicolored. And SOOOO uneven. And I tell her, i'm not happy with this. She goes well what do you want me to do to make you happier, at this point, my head is on fire and i'm sick of being there, it's now almost 2 pm. So i've been there almost 4 hours.

She goes and talks to the manager, and comes back and says will i'm not charging you for the bleach or the trim. But you still have to pay for the color. Which was 88 dollars. And the manager says there isn't anything else she can do. If I want, I can go to hot topic or sallys to get the red booster and come back on friday after the stylist comes back from vacation, no offer for someone else to fix it. But why should I have to go buy something else to fix what they messed up??? So I leave. Come home and call the 703 number found on their website.
File a complaint, and the guy says someone will contact me as soon as possible. I call back monday. Because no one has contacted me yet. The guy i talk to says he'll send my information on. And someone will contact me right away. I wish i could find a direct number to someone higher up in the company. But the area director calls me back shortly after, I explained I wanted my money back so i could get it fixed somewhere else, she offers to send me back to one of her "good stylists" to fix it, that day. So I get there, the stylist puts MORE shade eq on my hair then a conditioning treatment.

She blow dries it, then flat irons it. And it looks better, but I can do that at home. Its called conditioner. And tells me, well I talked to my area director, and we're going to fix it, for as long as the process takes. And we aren't charging you. Well no you shouldn't be charging me. But since so much damage was done to my hair, that they won't be able to really do anything to fix it right now.

Now, I work in a VERY HIGH END make up company, as an artist. And it's unacceptable for me to not be professional looking. So I took a weeks vacation off so they could fix it, and they reschedule an appt for friday morning to condtion it again. But not fix it. So I call hair cuttery again and try to obtain a number of a person higher up to fix it immediately, and i'm told that they don't have a direct number, but someone will contact me. I still feel like I should be getting my money back AND my services free since my hair is obviously in a almost unrepairable state now due to their stylist.
