I have been a member of this personals site for many years and from time to time it has had its problems. The company offers a free membership with limited access or a so called "unlimited membership" with full services for a fee—or thats how it should work. I pay for the unlimited service by a direct charge to my bank—and its up to date.
Problems is, when I try to access my paid features, I get a message that I need to buy an unlimited membership—which I have already purchased. The site offers two ways to complain—through their on line service people or through customer service. I have now sent more than 10 messages without a single response.
To me, this now amounts to no more than a scam. Beware the Manhunt site.
