The lady who owns does not return your phone calls and leaves everything up to the person doing the cleaning. Something was broke in my house and she never offered to pay me for it and she never offered me her insurance, leading me to believe she had none. Do not use this company. The lady cleaning mine told me she does 5 in a day so how could she be detailed if she was doing that many? This company is a fly by night and you have been warned.
