Ordered a bag from exquisitebag.com on 8 july. My credit card was charged, and as of this date 27july, no bag has come. I have called the 800 number given on the website three times, no response. I have e-mailed them three times, again, no response. There is only an e-mail for a confirmation number, but no tracking number to track when the package will arrive.
