I had signed up for a 7 day free trial using my credit card. I am now not able to log in at all. I never recieved any confirmation emails from. Nothing. My free trial ends in a few days. When you go to their cancel page, it asks for an ' access code'. I was never sent one. I called customer service & it says "all agents on phone & to leave a CB number." I did this & am waiting for a response. I also sent 2 emails requesting to cancel.
We'll see what happens. So far, I am out & hope my credit card is in their hands. I have excellent credit & hope it isn't ruined. For this reason, I will take legal action if they don't respond & made that very clear in my email. I will definitely be following up on this post.
My advice, do not sign up for this.
