In May Jeremy Brothers of Keystone Construction purchased construction material at Caprock Hardscape, LTD of Lewisville, TX for a job on San Gabriel in Denton, TX. As of 7/22 Jeremy has made no attempt to pay for the construction materials he purchased.
Jeremy has made many excuses as to why he could not pay. Last spoke with Jeremy on the phone June 26th. He said he had no idea when he was going to pay for materials.
NO attempt to make payment or settle the debt after Caprock sent a demand letter.
Will be filing in small claims court.
