Ripoff never received magazines want a refund ripoff consumer fraud ripoff

I purchased Cosmopolitan Magazine from a college student back in December and it is now almost June and I still haven't received the magazine. I tried to cancel it when I found out it was going to take 4 months to deliver and they wouldn't let me. I want a refund.
